a reputation for producing first class food

Proprietor and Head Chef, Angie Driscoll, is
renowned for taking pride in every event, however
large or small, to ensure a top quality service
is provided. In the initial stages Angie always
personally meets every client to establish exactly
the requirements for the function. This includes
selection from the vast array menus, deciding
upon initial presentation style and from the
choice of crockery. Colour themes are flexible
and may be chosen for serviettes and banqueting
roll, however if desired can also include matching
disposable crockery etc.
Our clients have never been disappointed with
the quality, presentation or portion sizes that
Cottage Cuisine present, at our premises we
have many thank you and recommendation letters
on display. We also display photos of previous
functions to help prospective clients fully
appreciate the quality and style of food from
Cottage Cuisine.
To ensure all health and safety standards are
upheld, our new premises on Hayling Island have
been rigorously inspected by the Environmental
Health Department and all our staff qualified
in necessary health and hygiene procedures.
Cottage Cuisine has catered for a variety of
