Seafood Buffet
Canapés
- Smoked salmon/caviar canapés - chequerboard design.
- Pastry boats with brown and white crab.
Main Course
- Fresh whole dressed, garnished salmon with a watercress dressing.
- Smoked mackerel mousse (fish shaped).
- Prawn Alabama - prawns in a spicy Tabasco sauce with peppers and celery.
- Tiger prawns.
- Whole prawns layered in a fountain of ice - 3 layers.
- Herring, beetroot and potato salad.
- Mussel salad or Mixed fish and crab chunks salad.
- Avocado green salad.
- Cherry tomatoes, mozzarella and basil salad.
- All food is extravagantly garnished and served with mayonnaise, a seafood dressing, brown bread and butter.
- From £30 per person - minimum of twenty five people.
Prices include delivery, serviettes and banqueting roll for buffet table. Farmhouse bread rolls can be provided for a small additional charge. Service is extra according to requirements. Crockery and cutlery for informal functions, if required, supplied at no extra cost. For larger or more formal occasions a hire service is available for china crockery, kings cutlery and glassware.
