Angie Driscoll at Cottage Cuisine (based on Hayling Island) has been offering personalised catering for funeral services since 1980.
All buffets are delivered while guests are at the service, along with plates, cups and saucers, serviettes, tea, coffee percolator, milk and sugar as required. Glass hire is also available.
Reliable staff are available to greet guests, serve food and wash up. This allows the family time to talk to relatives and friends, especially those who may have travelled a long way to pay their respects and offer support to the bereaved
Our staff are paid on hourly basis and this is paid directly to them when they have finished serving and clearing up. If required they are also available to house sit while the family and guests are at the service.
An invoice will be presented on the day of the wake and it would be very much appreciated if a cheque, made payable to Angie Driscoll, could be remitted at the end of the function or upon return of the clean plates and crockery.
