Bookings
To ensure a personal service, we have decided not to use online booking forms. To make a booking please follow these five steps:
- Call us on 023 9246 5646 or 07769 658058 to discuss your requirements and confirm dates.
- Complete and sign the booking form.
- Read, print and sign the terms of trading.
- Print the appropriate menu, indicating your choices (tick and/or circle selections).
- Send the above to Cottage Cuisine with a cheque for £50 made out to Angela Driscoll; this is a non-returnable deposit.
Delivery is free to locations within 10 miles of our premises. A small charge, based on distance, will be made for venues that fall outside of this.
